Here is what happens after you place an order and before the material is dropped at your property.

Choose a product and quantity, provide the delivery zip code, then pick a delivery date.
Supplier Assignment
Your order is connected with a supplier in our network for delivery.
Confirming Delivery
Your delivery-date confirmation email will also provide the contact number for the local supplier.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your material is hauled by dump truck to your driveway or to the location you designate on the property.
Delivery Day Details
Prepare Before Arrival
- Remove obstacles from the material drop area
- Keep a 12-foot-wide route open for the dump truck, with branches and wires cleared above it
- Use a cone, flag, or other visible marker to identify the dump spot
- Being home is NOT required. Make sure access is open and leave instructions for placement.
- Make sure your phone is available because the driver might contact you by call or text for confirmation.
At the Time of Delivery
- If placement needs clarification, the driver may contact you by call or text
- Material is deposited in a pile where you specified
- The usual drop point is the driveway or accessible ground beside it
- Delivery generally takes about 10-15 minutes

Delivery Questions
Must I be home when material arrives?
No. Leave a clear route and instructions for the dump location, and the driver will follow those directions.
What order size is available?
Order anything from a ton to a full load. Use the calculator for your project, or tell us what you need and we will load it.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
A safe dump requires a clear, level surface for the truck. Backyard placement is possible if the truck can access it; otherwise, material is normally placed by the driveway or near the street.
What happens if my order is too large or too small?
The calculator can help determine the amount to order. If the job needs more material, place another order. Review the refund policy for cancellation information.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Deliveries are currently limited to weekdays (Monday through Friday). Choose your preferred date during checkout.
Which confirmation details will I get?
An email with the order and delivery information is sent immediately. We will also contact you to confirm the delivery date and share the supplier's contact information.
What if the truck cannot reach my property?
A dump truck needs a clear 12-foot-wide entry, without low limbs or overhead wires. If it cannot get to the site, the driver will unload at the closest safe spot. Contact us before ordering if access is a concern.
